Repair Services

Yakety Yak Wireless specializes in iPhone, iPod, and iPad repair, we fix more than 400 units a month onsite.  We also fix HTC, LG, Samsung, Motorola, Blackberry and other devices.  All repairs are done in-house by our trained technicians, and come with a 90 warranty on the repair.

One of the only locations in the Metroplex that will conduct all repairs onsite. We have trained technicians that can repair your phone, regardless of which carrier it is on. Apple, BlackBerry’s, LG’s, Motorolas, Samsung, HTC’s, from old to the latest devices, we can fix almost anything.

  • We fix broken Apples!–  iPhone 3g, 3gs, 4, 4s - we can fix the screen, the plug, change the color, you need it we can do it.  We also fix iPod Touch models and iPads.  Don't throw that device away, let Yakety Yak bring it back to life.
  • Broken/scratched screens – Don’t throw away your phone simply because the screen is cracked, bring it to us and we can fix it for a fraction of the cost of buying new.
  • Damaged trackballs – Have a blackberry with a flat? Let us replace that trackball and get you emailing again in no time.
  • Damaged cases – Dropped your phone one too many times? We can do a complete case replacement, in some cases in different colors that will get you loving your phone again.

Yakety Yak Wireless is a retail cell phone shop located in Colleyville, Texas. We specialize in the repair of Apple iPhone 3G, 4, 4s and the new iPhone 5. We also repair other Apple products like the Apple iPad and iPod Touch. We repair broken or cracked glass. We have extensive knowledge of cell phones and perform repairs on most HTC, LG, Samsung, Nokia, Motorola, and Blackberry products. In addition Yakety Yak Wireless has an extensive inventory of used cell phones, and we also buy your old cell phones. If you need a case, accessory or battery, Yakety Yak is your destination, we are the largest Otterbox dealer in the USA, and have batteries for over 300 different cell phones. Returns - Refunds Policy:
Yakety Yak will provide for returns on batteries and accessories for 14 days from date of purchase.  Refunds will be processed to the credit card used in the original transaction after receipt of returned goods in as new condition.  Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of returned accessories/batteries.

Yakety Yak will accept returns and/or exchanges on used cell phones for 30 days from date of purchase.  Phone must be returned in the same condition as shipped with all accessories.  Refunds will be processed to the credit card used in the original transaction after receipt and testing of the returned phone.  Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of returned phone.

Yakety Yak will warranty repairs for 90 days from purchase.  Water damaged phones will have no warranty, and will be repaired in AS-IS condition.  The repair warranty covers device malfunction of the repaired part only, and does not cover other faults with the phone, or any form of user damage.
