In addition to repairing devices, we buy and sell them. If you just got an upgrade from your carrier or have a phone collecting dust in a drawer, we may be interested in buying it from you. We’ll make sure all of your data is cleared from it, fix any damaged parts, and resell it. This means that we don’t have a consistent list of available models for sale, so feel free to check in and see what we have!

Got a new phone or tablet and need help transferring data? We can help you with that. In the case that the original device isn’t working, we can probably make it work long enough to get your data into the new one.
Most phones these days are water resistant, but NOT water proof, so if you get water on your phone, it’s critical to dry it out ASAP. We run wet phones through our DryBox to make sure it doesn’t fry itself.
Your phone may shut itself off to protect itself. Do not plug it in - that will only make things worse.
While we don’t have all the tools for dealing with sophisticated viruses, we can handle most cases of hacked/infected phones.
You asked for it (quite a bit), so we’ve come up with a way to offer one-on-one “classes” for teaching you how to better use your device. These are appointment based and only available on days when we have two people working.
We have 15 minute, 30 minute, and 1 hour options. During this time, you’re welcome to ask us anything you’d like relating to your devices. While we have no current plans for house calls, it’s not entirely off the table.
As much as you may try to avoid it, phones love collecting junk in their charge ports. Dust, dirt, and pocket lint are the usual suspects. If your charger feels loose or you’re having trouble charging your phone, we can clean out the charge port without damaging it in two minutes.
